Ordering

No. All you need to do is complete a quick online medical consultation. This will be reviewed by one of our prescribers, and if treatment is suitable for you, they will prescribe the treatment free of charge. For some treatments, however, you will need to have been diagnosed with the relevant medical condition by a GP or pharmacist prior to ordering from us.

Yes. You can sign in to your account on the website and choose the option to make a repeat order.

Yes, because your medical situation may change. If you have filled in a previous order, however, all the information is filled automatically and you just have to read through to make sure that it is correct.

Delivery, postage and packaging

Yes, you can track the order using a tracking number provided in the dispatch email. It can take a few hours from the receipt of the dispatch email for the tracking number to become active.

When medication is dispensed to patients, it is occasionally provided in unbranded white boxes, referred to as 'split packs.'

This practice occurs because Pharmica receives medication from manufacturers in pre-packaged quantities. Sometimes patients require smaller quantities than the manufacturer's standard packaging, necessitating the division or 'splitting' of these packs.

For example, if a patient is prescribed four capsules of a medication, but Pharmica only receives boxes containing eight capsules, a split pack is provided. This ensures that patients only pay for the precise amount of medication they need.

At Pharmica, all dispensed medications undergo thorough quality control checks. This is common practice in all UK pharmacies. As a pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), we strictly adhere to all national regulatory guidelines.
