It’s a great product providing you use it correctly. Don’t overdo it on the fat consumption and you’ll see results. I put on 4st with my pregnancy and I’ve lost 2.5st but needed an extra boost as my wedding is imminent. I generally lose a pound a week but this has increased it to 2 lbs ????
